Time Limits
Housholder Planning Application Appeals have very strict statutory time lines of 12 weeks from the published decision date, please note this is not 3 months but exactly 12 weeks. This date cannot be altered, should you miss this date you cannot appeal the application refusal and the only alternative is to start the process again.
Your Statutory Right of Appeal
In the event that you have had a planning application refusal, you have a statutory right of appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. Not all applications should be appealed though, which is why HEAL Planning & Developments offer a Free No Obligation Consultation with one of our Planning Appeal Case Assessment Officers. This assessment involves the Planning Appeal Case Assessment Officer going through the case documents that are published on the Local Authority Online Planning System, asking you some questions and then formulating if appropriate a proposal to move forward.
